BCL (Hons) University College Cork, Law Society of Ireland and also admitted in England and Wales
Maura qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and joined the Commercial Team of P.J. O’Driscolls in 2010. Maura has previous experience both in practice and in house. Before joining P.J. O’Driscolls Maura acted as in house counsel to a multinational financial software group in Dublin and London and also acted as in house counsel for Pfizer Ireland Pharmaceuticals.
Maura advises in all areas of corporate, banking and commercial law including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and insolvency, shareholders disputes and corporate governance, raising finance, secured and unsecured lending, data protection and intellectual property and supply and purchase agreements. Maura also advises on commercial property matters. |
